No finance bans for clubs - Scudamore

Premier League honcho executive Richard Scudamore tells BBC sports programme correspondent Dan Roan that arts clubs module not grappling bans from dweller competition because of Uefa's financial clean endeavor rules, but says the rules module behave as "a fleecy salary cap."
