Klinsmann became coach of the USA

Former German national coach Jurgen Klinsmann team has reached agreement in principle to take over the American team. In an interview on the website of "Sports Illustrated" Klinsmann said it had talks with President of the Football Federation of Sounion Gulati U.S. but so far both sides have not signed the agreement. The reversal in the developments is due to the fact that the German federation and agree on financial matters, having previously stopped the negotiations because of some "control issues".

"We could not do the real deal, but the main problem I want to comment on it if it comes to official positions of the federation, will probably get it in writing," said Klinsmann.

Several weeks ago, coach Bob Bradley said it has signed a new four-year contract, but the federation president Gulati refused to confirm any such thing and said that in talks with other candidates.
