Russia withdrew her candidacy for hosting the World Cup in 2022. The decision is a formality since Russia remains a candidate for the championship in 2018, where all the contenders are from Europe - England, Belgium, Netherlands and Spain-Portugal. So World Cup 2018 will definitely be held in Europe and in 2022 left the applications of the USA, Australia, Japan, Korea and Qatar. Voting for hosting the two competitions is December 2.
