Stadium will be named Argentina Mario Kempes

The stadium in the Argentine city of Cordoba has named soccer legend Mario Kempes Alberto, transmits Reuters. The renaming was in honor of winning the world championship in Argentina in 1978 when star and top scorer of the team had to say Kempes. The stadium was reconstructed for the tournament for the Copa America next year.

"The decision stadium be named after me makes me proud and happy," said 56-year-old Kempes. Kempes was the top scorer at the World Cup in 1978 with 6 goals. He has 40 appearances for Argentina between 1973 and 1982, which has scored 20 goals.
